BODY OF WORDS

A Dance Film Premiere

Body of Words is an exploration of the intricacies of our bodies and what we inherently do to care for ourselves. Each of us requires moments of self care throughout our days whether that be a deep breath or a clench of the fist in an effort to release internalized tension. Body of Words challenges you to acknowledge and thank yourselves for all the ways you take care of you.
